Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 17, 2025

At Phunderful Apparel, every item is made just for you through print-on-demand production. Because of that, all sales are final — but we’ve got your back if something arrives damaged or incorrect.

❌ All Sales Are Final

Since every piece is custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Please double-check your size and order details before checking out. Need help? Email us before ordering — we’re happy to help.

 

✅ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Here’s how:

  1. Email us at hello@phunderfulapparel.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A photo of the item and issue

  3. We’ll review and send you a replacement at no extra cost if it qualifies.

 

🛑 Return-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

  • We’ll reach out via email before taking any action.

 

🧵 Quality Promise

We care about quality and want you to love your gear. If you have a problem, reach out — we’ll do everything we can to help within the limits of our policy.
